If you are not satisfied with the items in your order, please send them back to us within 7 days of receipt in their original condition for a full refund.

Note that we cannot process returns and refunds on items purchased outside of our online store. Instead, you should seek to return your item to the vendor where it was originally purchased.

You are responsible for the return shipping fees unless there was an error in shipping.


In instances where you are unhappy with the quality of our product, an exchange may be offered to you on a case by case basis. Please contact us for more information.

If an item arrives damaged

If your product arrives opened, damaged, or otherwise tampered with, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to get the product replaced.

The original shipping fee is not refunded

Unfortunately, unless there was an error in shipping, we cannot refund the shipping fee for any return. We completely understand if you didn’t like the item or accidentally ordered the wrong item, but we can’t afford to absorb the cost of shipping.

If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct our actual postage cost from the refund amount. While we spend a good deal of money on labor and packaging, we’re only going to deduct the actual postage amount to ship your item.
