A: There’s no difference! The product is the same, it’s just sold under a different brand name!

Q: What’s the difference between Peanut Butter Granola Pop and MoonRocks Original Peanut Butter Popcorn?
A: There’s no difference! The product is the same, it’s just sold under a different brand name!

Q: Someone gave us one of your products and we love it! Where can we buy it?
A: To find retailers in your area that carries our products, visit our Contact Us page to get in touch with us! Otherwise, you can order our entire line from our Online Store right here on our website!

Q: Can you ship to a post office (P.O.) Box?
A: Unfortunately we cannot. When ordering through our online store, please be sure to list your full street address. Listing your P.O. box instead will result in a delay in processing your order. We apologize for this inconvenience!

Q: I have a complaint/concern about your product, what do I do?
A: Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that you’re not happy with our product. At Big Dipper Food Company, our number one goal is to have the highest quality products possible. Please check out our Contact Us page to get in touch with us regarding the item you have a concern with. If purchased from a store, please have the receipt handy. We will need to know the location the item was purchased at, the date of purchase, lot number on the packaging, and your contact information (full name, email address, phone number, and address).
