Sales
The Sales person will follow up and generate leads to enhance the revenue and profitability of the business by meeting corporate objectives.
- Service specific customers and markets.
- Ensure the lead/prospect qualification process.
- Present pricing consistent with current Company guidelines, formulas and pre-established product pricing.
- Develop new business prospects and opportunities.
- Perform “outbound” contact with potential customers.
Janitorial / Cleanup
Duties to include: Cleaning production and office areas everyday as required. Washing pots, dishes and equipment used in the making of the products that we sell. The floors need scraped, mopped and sterilized; trash bags need removed and replaced with new and taken to the dumpster; clean and wipe all counter areas, work tables and stoves; bathrooms kept clean, and anything else that the supervisor tells you to clean or do to meet all inspection standards.
Production
Clean, responsible, drug free people needed to help in the production of our brittle products. Duties to include: Mixers, spinners, breakers, sealers, and packers. Applicants must be able to follow directions given by the supervisor in all areas of production for the different brittle products that are being produced. Everyone needs to keep your work area neat, clean, and functional. You will also wear hairnets and gloves in all food production areas at all times.
